Calm Waters

Surfers know that not every moment is the ride. There's the paddle out, the wait, the wipeout, the catching of breath between sets. These practices are for those moments — on land or in the water. Tap any card to begin.

Breathing

Three patterns to settle the nervous system. The animation guides the pace — match your breath to the circle.

Meditation

Short, unguided sit. Pick a length, close your eyes, and let thoughts move past like sets on the horizon. A soft bell brings you back.

Journaling Prompts

Pick one. Pen, phone, voice memo — doesn't matter. The asking is the work.

What wave am I currently paddling for? Is it worth catching, or is the next one better?
Where in my body am I holding tension right now? What is it trying to tell me?
If today were a session, what would the conditions be? Glassy and clean, choppy, flat? Why?
What is one thing I'm afraid to say out loud — to myself or someone else?
When did I last feel fully present? What was happening?
What's one wipeout from this week, and what did it actually cost me?
Who paddles out alongside me when things get heavy? Have I told them lately that I see them?
What am I pretending not to know?
If I gave myself permission to rest today, what would that actually look like?
