At Soul Surf Wax, we’re all about getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and with a little aloha spirit.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships out.
Please note: During peak surf seasons or special drops, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while we pack your stoke.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or seems to have gone missing in transit, please reach out to support@soulsurfwax.com. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
